With over twenty years of experience working on digital projects for Agencies and Client-side, I have a wealth of knowledge on not just design methods but how to apply them. Having managed design and research teams I have a strong understanding of UX design and research methods, this is particularly beneficial in understanding and communicating how to leverage research throughout the design process to inform and validate all design decisions.

I feel I have the ability to lead, to define and share a clear vision and build trust within teams that allows for quick decision making and quality delivery.

I have worked in agile environments and understand the value of this approach. I believe that there is no "one-size, fits-all" approach and you need to be pragmatic about how design is approached and what is realistic within an organisation. 

I am passionate about all things digital but also understand the need to understand human emotions and behaviours in order to deliver a 'customer-centric' solution.
